LERA Message of Support for the Asian CommunityLERA Consulting Structural Engineers is an Asian-American and woman majority owned firm, we stand proudly with the Asian community across America and unite against hate, violence, harassment and prejudice against Asians and all people of color. We mourn the victims of the horrifying acts of violence in Atlanta and across the country. Silence against these heinous acts is not an option, we raise our voices to call for a stop to anti-Asian hate. We decry hate speech and call for leaders in all communities and government in this nation to recognize that words have consequences. White supremacy and racism cannot be tolerated or ignored. At LERA our diversity is our strength. We continue to work for equity in our firm, industry and worldwide community. We embrace inclusion and respect as the foundations for a stronger society. LERA is committed to supporting other WMBE certified firms and industry organizations dedicated to diversity and equality including the Asian American Business Development Center, National Minority Supplier Development Council, Professional Women in Construction and Commercial Real Estate Women.
