LERA Sponsors an Exclusive Presentation & Tour on Brandywine Realty Trust’s Schuylkill Yards

LERA Consulting Structural Engineers was the proud sponsor for a PWC event on Brandywine Realty Trust’s progressive and groundbreaking Schuylkill Yards initiative in West Philadelphia, PA.

The Professional Women in Construction - Philadelphia Chapter event gave PWC members an opportunity to learn about how the 14 acres adjacent to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station is being transformed into a neighborhood of vibrant parks, lifestyle experiences, and work-spaces.

Steve Rush, Vice President – Leasing, led the members on a tour of the Drexel Square and the Bulletin Building site.

LERA is the structural engineer for Phase I of Schuylkill Yard, a new a large-scale, multi-building mixed-use development. The 14-acre development will create 6.9 million sf of office, lab, residential, retail, hotel and public green space.
