Ethan Cotton Travels to Morocco for Engineers Without Borders Mission
Following up on his successful trip to Rwanda last year, Ethan Cotton, Associate (pictured above in orange) once again served with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) on an international charity mission. This year, together with students from the Columbia University Engineers Without Borders Chapter, he and a team of fellow engineers traveled to the commune of Ait Bayoud in Morocco to construct a solar-powered water distribution system that will provide the local community with potable running water year-round.
In January, Ethan was named one of 2019's Top Young Professionals by ENR-NY for his exemplary leadership and contributions in the industry. In addition to his involvement with EWB, Ethan plays an active role with SEAoNY and provides lectures to architects preparing for the ARE exam.
