Winnie Kwan Speaks at CTBUH 2019 Tall + Urban Innovation Conference

Winnie Kwan, Managing Partner recently spoke at the CTBUH 2019 Tall + Urban Innovation Conference held in Shenzhen, China from April 8-10th. She participated in a panel discussion revolving around the question, "What Makes for Innovative Tall Building Engineering?"

Winnie has played an instrumental role in the structural design of many of LERA’s landmark buildings. She served as the Project Manager for the 492-m Shanghai World Financial Center in China, which won numerous awards including the Best Tall Building Worldwide Award from the CTBUH in 2008. She was involved in the structural design of the 555-m Lotte World Tower in Seoul, Korea, as well as the 118-story tall PNB 118 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Winnie has directed numerous projects in China, including the structural design of the 430-m Chongqing 101 Tower, the 300-m OCT Shenzhen Tower, the 300-m Jinan Zhong Hong Plaza Lot 18 Tower, and the Suzhou Museum; as well as the peer review/value engineering of the 530-m Guangzhou East Tower, the 470-m Chongqing Shui On International Trade and Commerce Center, and the Wuhan Tiandi Lot B1-B5 development.
