Lodha World Towers Complex is World's Tallest Residential Building
LERA is providing complete structural engineering services for this multi building, mixed-use development. The largest building, World One Tower will be the world's tallest residential building at 120 stories and 1,407 ft, (429 m) in height.
The project is comprised of residential, commercial, retail and parking uses totaling approximately 9,500,000 sf of space. The World Crest Tower topped out this summer at 220 m tall. Construction of the World One Tower recently passed the mid-height point.
