LERA is the structural engineer for a new 35,000-sf community center located at Tilden Playground in East Flatbush. The community center will contain a below-grade indoor gym for basketball and other sports; cardio and weight rooms; a multi-purpose space for dance and yoga; a computer center; an audio-visual education facility; two multi-purpose classrooms; and a rooftop greenhouse.
