Shun Hing Di Wang Commercial Complex 

For Kumagai Gumi Company and Nippon Steel Corporation, we provided peer reviews, wind engineering, and alternative designs.  As it was to be the tallest building in Shenzhen in 1995, we worked for the City of Shenzhen to establish and to review the structural design criteria.

 

The 70-story,  384 m high project has 3 million sf (280,000 sm) with 900 parking spaces below grade.
