The project consists of a mixed-use development with three Phases and three Towers. Our scope of work is limited to the peer review of the 470-m Phase 2 Tower (TP2). The Phase 2 Tower consists of 99 levels above grade, and 4 levels below grade. The gross floor area of the Phase 2 Tower is approximately 264,700 sm. The usage of the tower includes office and hotel.
