Parkhaven Tower

Part of a master plan to interweave recreation, office and residential uses in the heart of Rotterdam, the Parkhaven Tower incorporates several sustainable features. It includes a double façade that reacts to changes of season and uses clear glass to optimize incoming daylight. The outer layer of the double façade diminishes wind pressure to such an extent that windows can be open 80% of the year, maximizing natural ventilation and saving energy.
