Minmetals Financial Center

The Minmetals Capital South Tower will rise 29 stories among a host of glazed high-rise offices, setting itself apart with its distinct, gently curving façades that evoke wind-filled sails.

Billowing planes of blue glass wrap the exterior, exposing the building’s structural cross-bracing, and the lower stories are clad in stone, grounding the glass tower and producing a sense of solidity.

The tower’s sustainable design, aimed at LEED Gold certification, incorporates green design elements such as passive shading devices and operable windows.
