LERA was the structural engineer for the new MediaMath offices at 4 World Trade Center, in addition to providing the structural design of the entire tower. Occupying three full floors, the MediaMath offices are connected by a new glass-and-steel stair. The modern, creative workplace includes flexible work stations, an auditorium, dedicated classroom space and amenities like yoga rooms, communal areas and breathtaking views afforded by 80-ft clear spans and column-free corners.
