The 2 million-sf (185,800-sm) M3M Golf Estate contains 19 residential buildings ranging in height from 6 to 42 stories. The buildings are raised three stories off the ground to allow golf course landscaping and car driveways to flow underneath. LERA provided complete design services on a design-build basis for Larson and Toubro.
