International Commerce Center 

The International Commerce Center contains an array of uses including corporate office, hotel, and retail. Centrally located in Kowloon, the development will serve as a destination for locals and visitors to Hong Kong. For the 118-story, 490meter International Commerce Centre, Kowloon, we provided the concept design for this competition-winning project…which project is now nearing completion.  We provided advice, value engineering, and peer reviews for the Developer, Sun Hung Kai Properties.
