Designed to meet LEED Gold standards, this 980-ft (300-m) long, 98-ft (30-m) wide, 17-story office building is supported above a double-height ground floor and five parking levels. Total office space is 1.6 million gsf (149,000 gsm), and total parking space amounts to 800,000 gsf (74,000 gsm). LERA provided Schematic Design and Peer Review Services to the Owner.
