LERA is the structural engineer for a new mixed-use hotel/residential housing unit using modular construction. The development will rise at 581 Grant Avenue in the Brooklyn neighborhood of East New York. The proposed building will have a landscaped rooftop, a mix of apartments from studios to four-bedroom services, day care, medical clinic and workforce training services.
