Graduate Chemistry Building Renovation

The Graduate Chemistry Building project consists of the renovation of an existing 300,000 sf classroom building built in 1970 and includes a new entry lobby with an architectural stair and new curtainwall, an extensive upgrade of existing mechanical systems, and the installation of three new 27000-lb exhaust fan banks on the existing roof.
