LERA provided design services for this 37-story, 1,022,000-gsf (95,000-gsm) mixed-use tower which includes apartments, a JW Marriott hotel, ballroom and office space. The development also includes three 23-story residential towers containing 1,775,000-gsf (165,000-gsm). Almaty is located in a high seismic zone.
