LERA provided the structural design of a new 2-story, 23,000-sf cord blood facility for the New York City and upstate New York region.  The design features an all-glass curtain wall that wraps around the full perimeter of the building, enhancing transparency and engaging incoming visitors. The facility houses both a laboratory and a cord blood bank, aiding in stem cell research and treatment.
