LERA is the structural engineer for a new mixed-use development that will converge industry, education and government together in one place. It is poised to become the largest innovation hub in the western United States, and shape Utah’s future as a hub for innovation, collaboration and growth.
In addition to serving as a permanent home for the Nucleus Institute, the campus will have dedicated space for all of the universities in Utah, from community colleges to research institutions; co-development spaces for industry partners; federal and defense technology initiatives anchored by Hill Air Force Base; and policy development labs designed. The complex will also include up to 200 dorms for students to live on site for work study programs.
