This 390,000-sf (36,000-sm), 20 story office tower will be the new national headquarters of the Azerbaijan state water company.  With a seismicity similar to California and with wind speeds exceeding that of NYC, special attention is being paid to achieving the architects’ vision while efficiently resisting the demanding loads on the building.
