800 Degrees Pizza

LERA was the structural engineer for an interior renovation at the Ground Floor of 1 East 33rd Street in Manhattan to create a new pizza restaurant. The new restaurant space was completely gutted and renovated, including support for the installation of two new heavy pizza ovens, new dunnage to support new rooftop mechanical equipment, hanging supports for air handlers and smoke hogs from the building structure and a new ADA-compliant mechanical lift at the entrance stairs.
