LERA is providing peer review services for this supertall residential tower in midtown Manhattan in New York City. 
 

The building will be developed in the existing Steinway building and will rise to be 1,400 ft (430 m), making it one of the tallest residential buildings in the United States and the world. 

Upon completion, the tower will also hold the record as the skinniest skyscraper in the world.
