LERA is providing peer review services for this project, which is also knows as the Nordstrom Tower. The building will rise 1,490 ft (454 m) to its roof, and 1,775 ft (539 m) to the tip. 

Upon completion, 225 West 57th Street will become the second tallest building in New York City and the country. The building will also be the tallest by roof height in the United States and the tallest residential building in the world both by roof height and architectural height.
