LERA was the structural engineer for renovations to this historic 1899 Beaux Arts building. 31 Chambers Street houses the Surrogate’s Courthouse, NYC Department of Records and Municipal Archives.  LERA’s scope of work included interior trenching of existing concrete slabs.
