This 680,000-sf (63,000-sm) facility includes a 5-story podium component and a 17-story court tower connected by a 4-story atrium structure. Typical court tower floor plan includes four courtrooms and a waiting area connected to the elevator lobby by a 20-ft (6-m) long glass enclosed bridge. Designed as the model justice center of the 21st century the Regional Justice Center incorporates the latest advances in security and courtroom technologies. This new $90-million courthouse is located in the heart of Las Vegas. |
