This project consists of a new Residence College in five buildings. The 113,000sf (10,500sm) facility contains residential suites for graduate students, visiting faculty, and a master's residence. Common spaces within include a cafe, lounge, classrooms and computer rooms. Other features include a landscaped amphitheater sited on the east side of the complex, a green roof, and sunken courtyards.
