This project consists of a 1.3 million-sf (120,000-sm) development to be constructed above the Massachusetts Turnpike. The mixed-use program will accommodate a 23-story residential tower, office and retail buildings, and two 7-story parking garages. A nearby commuter rail station will be upgraded to provide additional amenity.
