LERA was called in by Swire Properties to review the design of a 40-story residential project under construction in Miami, FL. The project involved re-design of portions of the project. In order to prevent delays in the original project schedule, LERA's review and re-design were completed on a fast-track schedule maintaining the project's original schedule.
