This project consisted of the conversion of an existing 9,000-sf (840-sm) office space on the ground floor of an existing building to a radiology center for Stamford Hospital. The project involved the installation of new MRI and CAT scan units on the ground floor, trenching for new under-slab plumbing, new equipment pads on grade outside the building, infilling of an existing ground floor dumbwaiter opening and installation of new condensing units on the roof.
