Phase I of this project consists of a 165,000 sf (15,300 sm) research laboratory. The facility includes a four-story, 100,000-sf (9,300-sm) Education and Conference Building, a three-story, 65,000-sf (6,000-sm) Laboratory Building and an earth-covered link connecting the two buildings. Future phases of the project include four additional buildings arranged circularly around a garden courtyard also interconnected by an earth-covered passageway.
