LERA was selected to provide peer review services and alternative designs by the developer of this 22-story tower. In order to expedite the resolution of design deficiencies that were discovered, LERA worked with the structural engineer-of-record to provide concept designs and develop details for major transfer trusses required at the seventh to eighth floors of the 22-story tower. The transfer trusses progressed from concept design to fabrication in approximately six months.
