This project consists of a peer review of a 1.3 million-sf (122,700-sm), 39-story wheel-shaped hotel with 220 guest rooms and 140 serviced apartments. Ninety terraced Executive Apartments consisting of 284,000-sf (26,400-sm) are located on both sides of the main hotel structure. Nakheel is the developer.
