LERA provided value engineering and peer review services for the developer of this mixed-use project. The 2,700,000-sf (250,900-sm) complex consists of two 52-story hotel and residential towers; an 8-story podium containing restaurants, retail space and a 1,200-seat jazz performance, rehearsal and education facility for Jazz @ Lincoln Center; 380,000-sf (35,000-sm) of television production studios; and parking for 225 cars below grade.
