LERA provided value engineering and peer review services for the Owner of this 2.7 million-sf (251,000-sm) multi-use complex. The project consists of two 52-story hotel and residential towers and includes an 8-story podium which will contain restaurants, retail space and a 1,200-seat jazz performance, rehearsal and education facility for Jazz @ Lincoln Center. The project also includes 380,000-sf (35,000-sm) of television production studios and parking for 225 cars below grade.
