The project consists of the renovation of the existing Union Square Pavilion and the addition of one wing structure with an area of approximately 1000-sf (90-sm) at the basement level and 475-sf (44-sm) at the ground floor level.. The landscaped area to the south of the pavilion will be redesigned for recreational use, while the plaza north of the pavilion, including the Greenmarket farmer's space, will be resurfaced.
