Neiman-Marcus Department Store

San Francisco, CA

This retail building contains four and one-half levels, a basement and the historical rotunda from the old City of Paris building, which features a stained glass dome. LERA provided structural design services for the original structure and structural design for the expansion of the building onto an adjacent property. The store remained operational through construction. Taken from the City of Paris building, the plasterwork and railings around the rotunda were fully restored into this project. The stained glass dome was similarly restored.
