Rehabilitation of Husted Hall and Richardson Hall, SUNY Albany

The project consists of a gut renovation and conversion of Husted Hall, an historic building in the SUNY Albany Downtown Campus, from a mixed-use office administration building to a technology oriented classroom/office conference center building. The project includes renovation of the existing kitchen/dining facility in the basement, relocation of elevator and egress stairs, new skylights and multi-story light wells, and the conversion of attic space into a new mechanical room. Additionally, the project includes significant mechanical infrastructure upgrades to the adjacent Richardson Hall mechanical plant.
