This project consists of a new 10-story luxury condominium tower built over an existing Citibank branch. Apartments consist of one or two floors. The Citibank branch had minimal intrusions into its existing space and was operational during construction. The project also included the partial gutting and renovation of a 5000-sq. ft. (465-sm) townhouse adjacent to the new building to accommodate retail space and building a superintendent's apartment.
