NASCAR Hall of Fame & Museum

This project consists of a 315,000-sf (29,000-sm) Hall of Fame and Museum, 180,000-sf (17,000-sm) ballroom, and parking facility. A covered bridge will connect the Hall of Fame complex to the existing convention center. A post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete garage for 1,000 spaces will contain 350,000gsf (32,516-gsm) on five levels. It is sited below the ballroom level which is covered by a long-span trussed roof.
