Located in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, this project consisted of the conversion of a one-story warehouse into a 20,000-sf (1,900-sm) art gallery with a 4,000-sf (370-sm) mezzanine. The project included raising existing, exposed trusses 5 feet over a portion of the building to form a 100-ft (30-m) clear span for exhibit space.
