This project consists of a new, one story building housing laboratory and support spaces on the campus of the Hawaii Preparatory Academy. The 5,000-gsf (460-gsm) building will feature a passive ventilation system that will inform the configuration of the roof structure. LERA performed a concept design for this project, which is being designed to meet LEED Platinum standards.
