This subgrade eatery is housed in a building covered with soil on three sides, blending seamlessly with the landscape. The green roof slab is designed at 8-12 inches (52-77 cm) in thickness. A full height glass wall will give entry to the facility, containing a kitchen, servery, indoor seating and an outdoor dining patio. The facility will also include a bank, cleaners, and covered corridors which connect to two existing buildings.
