This project consists of a maintenance facility for the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy. Designed to meet the BPCA's Green Guidelines, and to achieve a LEED Platinum rating, it will contain vehicle storage, workshop spaces, composting areas and administrative space. Program elements include the design for a long-span, high garage bay with overhead hoist system and a double glazed wall at the entry.
