This project consists of the design of a new Clinical Facility for NYU Medical Center, containing approximately 800,000-sf (74,300-sm). As part of the scope of work, a new elevator tower will be designed and constructed on the south side of Tisch Hospital. An expansion of the Emergency Department, comprised of a 19,000sf (1,800sm) renovation and 3,200sf (300sm) addition will also be included.
