This 620,000-sf (61,300-sm) project includes classrooms, laboratory and lecture spaces, faculty and faculty support spaces. Foundation designs must accommodate two active Amtrak train tracks that cross the western edge of the site. It is anticipated that a future tower will be constructed above the footprint of the project and that the current design will need accommodate that tower.
