This project consists of the renovation of an existing 300,000 sf (28,000sm) classroom building built in 1970 and includes a new entry lobby with an architectural stair and new curtainwall, an extensive upgrade of existing mechanical systems, and the installation of three new 27,000-lb exhaust fan banks on the existing roof. Construction is expected to be completed in September 2010.
