This project consists of a mixed-use, 65 story development featuring a 114-key Ritz-Carlton hotel with ballroom, associated amenity and support spaces. Office functions will comprise 140,000-gsf (13,400-gsm) of the building program, with additional space devoted to serviced and branded condominiums, as well as retail. The design will accomodate 275,600-gsf (25,600-gsm) of below-grade parking.
