LERA provided design services for this project consisting of three identical 36-story residential towers and a five-story podium.  The podium includes four stories of parking, with the top podium level as an entrance to the residential towers and health club. The total gross construction area of each of the residential towers is approximately 301,000 sf (28,000 sm).  The gross area of the podium is approximately 215,000 sf (20,000 sm).
