This project consists of a 980-ft (300-m) long, 98-ft (30-m) wide office building designed to meet LEED Gold standards. Supported above a double height ground floor and five parking levels, it will contain 17 stories totaling 1,600,000-gsf (149,000-gsm) of space. Parking uses will add another 800,000-gsf (74,000-gsm) to the facility. LERA is providing schematic design and Peer Review Services to Owner.
