LERA is providing peer review and value engineering services for this project consisting of three identical 36-story residential towers and a five-story podium. The podium includes four stories of parking, with the top podium level as an entrance to the residences and health club. The total gross construction area of each of the residential towers is approximately 300,000 sf (28,000 sm). The gross area of the podium is approximately 215,000 sf (20,000 sm).
