This project consists of a 1.7 million-sf (155,000-sm) hotel and residential tower and a nine-story podium. The 1,470-ft (442-m) tower is designed in the form of a lotus flower with blooming petals. The podium is comprised of large span petals and includes 3 stories of parking. LERA completed a Schematic Design for this unique project.
